Does the job
The product works well and is easy to install. It took a few tries to find the small reset button on the top, left-side to reset the unit after mail was delivered. I first tried pushing the speaker (top center) and then the two white 'buttons' on the left & right side. The unit continues to beep as long as the mailbox is open, but stops after it is closed. The blue light will continue to flash until the reset button is pressed. My only complaint is that the unit cost more that I would have expected.

Good Product at a good price
Pros: High Quality Product.
Easy to install for either Type B or Type A wiring
Far superior product to some other lower-cost products

Good Product
A little pricey, but an excellent product with a very good warranty. Unlike a cheaper product, which died after only 3 uses, this product continues to run strong.
