  The seller underestimated the shipping fees with USPS, and they returned the item to the seller. I'm not sure why they didn't tell her initially that this item couldn't be shipped, but they issued a tracking label. Afterward, she notified me that shipping FedEx and UPS would be approximately $500.00 more than the previous price and offered a refund. I took the refund, but this was too much trouble when I needed this item for a sick relative.
