Very reliable addition.
First off be sure to have an extension cable to power the card, as its not directly PCI powered. When installing to SURE to get it as close to centered as perfect; or you may have trouble getting your devices to hookup since the ports are lined the way they are. Be sure the internal power is secured tightly or it could come off during moving, etc. Be sure your apadter is long enough (unless you happen to have a spare sata power that'll reach) no complaints here, and intend on buying another one soon!

First expansion card I've ever bought that works.
This is the first USB, PCI card that has ever worked for me. Once powered all 7 ports work great. The ports are a little tight when it comes to plugging USB cables into them, but that's likely due more to the space in the PCI slot than the card itself. Easy installation, just plug it in, plug it up, and go.
