Great little stand !
I find this to be a very secure convenient stand for my F-5. I had been trying to get by with the guitar and double stand I had but was always worried about it slipping out of those stands. This folding design is made very well and the joints are tight so it feels like a rigid stand when it is in use. The only thing that could make it better would be a security strap.

Good product idea, poor quality control
The Series 7 is a great idea and handy to have in the house or on stage. The draw backs are the facts that the workmanship and packaging detract from that. Be prepared for a damaged item as it is shipped with one thin layer of cardboard. Mine showed up with the usual shipping damage that you get from every shipping company in the United States now. The card board had holes punched in it and the plastic sleave on the case itself was even ripped . The Series 7 had marks on it that had to be rubbed out and buffed. For a $300 plus dollar item we cant afford better cardboard? All three latches did not work right and the metal tabs had to be bent with pliers to work well. Also the small storage box in the bottom left of the interior is just shot into place with air staples. Mine had fallen apart during shipping. I repaired this also. The snaps on the vinyl straps on top are so stiff you are in danger of ripping the vinyl the first few time you use them. I had to use a small screw driver to pry the snaps apart at the joint the first few times I used them. I lubed them with wax and then they worked well.

Wet sand only!
1 of 1 found this helpful Mixes and applies well, but plan on wet sanding. Tried a variety of mixes but it would not dry sand with out gumming up even after days of dry time.
