Ink worked just fine.
It worked just fine. Had to reboot the printer though.

As of now, I don't recommend this product.
Very difficult to connect to Wi Fi and each vehicle has to be loaded. Then there was not enough memory to down-load more vehicles. I will still use it when I can, but I have other scanners that work better. The ones i have will log on instantly.
