Poor design

I bought the Chocolate Pen for my daughter for Christmas. We were able to use it for 2 minutes before the pen gear broke. It is a great idea but very poor design. Cheap plastic gears that are not made for durability. I contacted the company & never got a reply. Obviously they do not stand behind their product.
