I can do this!
I actually use this book just for the workouts, and have for years. It’s the one workout I have been able to stick with consistently. It’s amazing how well you can get into shape using this book, as long as you challenge yourself with the weight. I also haven’t injured myself using this workout, and that’s been a problem in the past. Working each muscle group just once a week means you’re the body is able to recover much better.

Excellent
My Hungarian uncle used to always have these on hand, and he told me they were great cough drops. He was right. Whenever I’m overseas I pick some up. It’s a little pricey in the US, but it’s not like there is a cheaper alternative.
