not up to sunbeam standards
while the heat works, the case is cheap & tore the first time I used the pad. now, I have to over a case & pay extra. I'm very disappointed as my old sunbeam electric pad lasted over 20 years -- including the case.

chin strap so-so
I bought this to work with my cpap mask. it sort of works but is too difficult to tighten. also, the velcro straps have cut all the hair on the sides of my head. I've ordered a turbin to see if that cuts down on the havoc the velco makes.
