I go to great lengths to treat my buyers like I want to be treated . I will resolve any issue that is reasonable  ,especially if I am at fault ( yes, I am human. I do make mistakes ) but I absolutely stand behind a mistake I make . I strive to constantly maintain 100% positive feedback .
However, certain EBay’s policies seems to allow manipulation, blackmail and borderline criminal activity from certain buyers , shame on these people to try to destroy good people rememberKarma happens !
