  Issues with the items - bad quality. Issues with the seller. With eBay help the items were turned safely for a full refund after the seller offered £1.23 and wouldn't accept the return as they don't accept returns. They clearly didn't read the terms of selling in eBay. Neutral feedback is being gracious

  Unfortunately, I had to report this buyer for abusing the buyer protection policy. They complained that the items didn't work or were defective. The only thing they thought was a defect is not a defect at all. It's a small piece of thread after were the stitching had been tied off (easily snipped off with scissors) and would not have in any way shape or form affected the usability of these items. They are brand new and as advertised. eBay has refunded me and now investigating the buyer.
