Seems to work okay
It's hard to tell but it seems to work okay and I haven't had any problems with any cable connections or the magnet, as others have mentioned. The thing that bugs me about it is that the interior antenna is apparently weak, possibly by design so that it doesn't interfere with other signals. The instructions say that you're supposed to have the antenna right up against your phone, which is frustrating because if there's that limitation, I would think that should be stated clearly in the ad. I can confirm, too, that the interior signal degrades quickly with distance. I just move an audio cable around it and listen for interference in the stereo speakers. But long story short, I still get times when my phone is telling me I have full network but I'm getting major delays, though it seems that's happening less often. And my transfer rate does seem to be noticeably improved in weak areas. 3.5-4 stars.

Had to modify it to make it work because...
Had to modify it to make it work because the bulb hole is rotated. Seems to have caused more problems down the line.
