Excellent OEM quality
1 of 1 found this helpful The vacuum cleaner came with a different brush roller. It was hard plastic with imbedded bristles. After years of use the bristles wore down. None fell out, they just wore down. That roller is no longer produced. This is the replacement OEM which was used on newer models. It works well.

Reliable Product
This is my second order. I switched to reliable refills after HP and Walmart both refused to replace new expensive HP cartridges which didn't work. I will never buy original HP ink again.

Love this vacuum.
This style is disappearing. I bought an extra. We like bagged cleaners rather than bagless. It is a bit noisy but powerful.
