Shimano B01S Pads - "breaking in"

If the pads/brakes squeal - short, fast rides with intermittent short but hard brakes to eventually stop. Keep doing this about 12 times (gradually getting longer breaking times). Idea is to bed in the pads (like car pads) to the disc rotors. Don't be too light on as this will glaze the pads.
