It is full of problematic malfunctions. All it needs is solutions!
2 of 2 found this helpful It said in instructions preassembled,not. I t appears to be of great quality,possibly. Instructions on how to lock alluded my limited mental capacity and I, like the keys are stuck at a crossroad and I may have broken a ratcheting mechanism as instructions warned. I ordered it for a 2008 Prius yet I got extra anchors for an unknown vehicle, I need dummy proof! Please read and comprehend all of the instructions and it is possible you will succeed with assembly and installation on your first attempt. If it takes two or more attempts it is ok. It is a great product when it’s all said and done! I am satisfied!!! Thanks 🙏
