  Sent message to seller through EBAY, NO RESPONSE. Seller CHARGED ME 3 TIMES MY SALES TAX RATE which is based on my zip code. I had to pay 3 x's sales tax in order to get what I ordered because seller has never responded to my request to correct sales tax. Seller: If you are gonna use EBAY improve your communication by responding !!!!
