Seems good, no instructions. Hardware doesn't seem to go with lip.

The lip comes in a nice big box. It isn't folded up. The quality of the lip seems good, but the hardware looks like it is just a grab from the leftover bin. There are no instructions with the hardware which makes it even more confusing as to what the hardware is suppose to do. The lip is very tight, which is good, but it is pretty difficult to get on the bumper and stay there. Overall for the price I think I can work with it.

Black Harley Tour pak pack trunk touring Road King Electra glide w/luggage rack

Good tour pak, for the price

The tour pak is good for the price. That being said it isn't all good. The two opening latches rattle, the trunk lid rattles, the luggage rack is purely decorative (at least I wouldn't put more than a rolled up sleeping bag on it). I expected the safety line to be sprung so it doesn't poke out when trying to close it. This is NOT high quality, BUT it is priced accordingly. I ended up putting loctite on all the bolts and bought a steel plate to "sandwich" the trunk so it has a little more rigidity. I am going on a 4 day ride two up, I will ask my passenger how she felt after we get back and will update here. I expect this to be just "okay" we will see. I'll add pictures later.
