Did not fit!
Did not fit my cub cadet LT1045 as advertised! The threaded end was the wrong size. Too small. I cleaned the old one good and put it back together and it worked fine. Clicks when the key is switched on. Wasted money.

Possibly the best light for the money!
Bought this handheld to replace a Dewalt fat max that was a good light until it developed a short? and eventually quit working. The price was comparable so I decided to give it a try. I've had my light for 6 months and love it. Only had to recharge once in that time. It's 3 settings are great. Super bright light with the low setting being like a normal flashlight. It's very lightweight and weighs less than half what the dealt weighed. I liked it enough to buy a second one for my Dad. That says it all for me.
