It really works!
I am using this product to keep curious raccoons off my porch and out of my potted plants. They are deterred by the forceful spray of air. The old models of this type of deterrent used to have 2 settings to make a high pitched sound and then spray the air OR just make the sound. I liked them better b/c once they got used to hearing the sound, they would run--and you wouldn't have to pay for so much compressed air. Just remember, no matter what type of animal you want to deter, it may take them 2-3 weeks to REALLY get the message--but id DOES work.

Interesting trip back in time.
I am sure it reflects the customs and decorations of the time period. Mr. Eastlake was bit stuffy and pompous.
