  EXACTLY AS ADVERTISED -- TRUSTWORTHY SELLER. Unfortunately, the eBay Global Shipping Program sucks! It took 21 days -- from March 19 to April 9th -- for a UPS delivery! My $US 25 purchase ending up costing $CAN 69.50! There is a 40% exchange rate, but that's still almost triple the listed price for the world's slowest delivery! Next time, just stick it in an envelope and UPS it. I docked a star for this. Mishcap13, please inform eBay that your buyers are complaining about their service.
