The Key to Your Child's Heart by Gary Smalley (2003)
1 of 1 found this helpful Easy to read, hard to put down! Wish I'd had these guidlines while raising my own three; but it also confirms some of the things I did right! Gary Smalley is honest and transparent in this book and makes it easy to understand principles from God's Word as well as from practical daily life that help form a healthy, happy, cooperative child who will bring joy to his parents. Same principles apply to other relationships in life for adults.

Excellent!
Deeply meaningful, insightful study and served as an excellent base for our Bible study group.

The Long Way Home
This movie is especially fun for senior citizens because of the character played by Jack Lemon. It is funny but also thought-provoking as it engages viewers in considering changes in life brought about when one loses a spouse of many years, as well as changes that come with age in general. It should encourage families to "think twice" about what and how they speak to and try to manipulate the lifestyles of senior adults still capable of making reasonable and meaningful decisions about their own lives and needs. It is entertaining, interesting from beginning to end and touches the heart.
