  I am cautious of any seller with 0 feedback. Since this company was local, I arranged to meet with them and tour the warehouse. They are the real deal. I purchased a high-end copier and the transaction went very smoothly. The purchase price was an excellent deal and it appeared to be in brand new condition. There were some minor issues that needed to be worked out during the transaction but the communication was immediate and problems resolved quickly. Will purchase again. Highly recommend.

  One of the drums we received would not allow us to operate the printer. The drums are chipped and matched to specific devices and they sent us two magenta drums by mistake (from a different machine). They insisted on me using two magenta instead of sending the correct color drum, took forever to figure out the issue: had to buy a new drum and pay a repair bill. The seller is not the most polite when you contact them, be sure to also look for other broken pieces, we had to tape down one latch.
