Cheap and decent.
My son snaps poles like its his calling in life. Cheap ones, expensive ones, it doesn't matter. These are decent quality and very inexpensive so I bought 2 pairs, saw they are decent and bought 3 more pairs. Now he has 8 spare poles that match!
The baskets are quite small, but they are on solidly.

Not worth owning.
Total junk, and the rope burnt through right away. There's a guy that sells aluminum molded ones, they last forever.
