New...? Hmmm
Missing pieces...if you're going to advertise a "new" open box item, make sure all the pieces are there before you advertise "new" when it really isn't. It's like someone went through the box, took the pieces they were "missing" and resold it...disappointed, I had to buy parts that should have been in the box on this "new" but discontinued pendant light fixture.
