Figure shipped wrapped in bubble wrap, additional delicate components were shown extra care and placed with cardboard protector then wrapped with bubble wrap, then the pieces were attached to the inside of the cardboard box in a bag to prevent moving around. I presumed either a) that the seller had sent the wrong item , or b) that the item was damaged in transit. I couldn't find the broken part in the packaging. The response I received was: "I don't know where you got that from but it is not the one that was sent." Have requested a return/partial refund from seller but no response yet.Reply from: minishire- Feedback replied by seller minishire.- Feedback replied by seller minishire.A perfect item was sent out as per the listing- the only one I had. I then receive a photo of a badly damaged part from his bits box no doubt in the hope of scamming a refund or some extra models. I accepted the return but he didn't send it.
