It works for Osteoarthritis by reducing Inflammation.
It works in as little as 4 days. I have arthritis in my thumb joint and before I took this, I could be sitting quietly but experience what felt to be someone sticking a needle into my thumb knuckle joint and wiggling it around. The skin over the joint was shiny and a large bulge was very noticeable because of the inflamation. After just a few days the pain disappeared and now I only get pain when I irritate it by overdoing things. The bulge is still there, but not so noticeable. I am 63 and very active and also play the piano. I am no longer able to do a thumbs under scale comfortably and have had to learn to do the Russian thumbs over method, but I am still able to play without pain when I was thinking I was going to have to give up my piano and riding my horses. Expensive, but worth it for my quality of life I take it in conjunction with MSM taking half a teaspoon in water twice a day.
