Value for money? No!
Technically, once you know the algorithm patterns, there is not much difference between 3x3x3 and 4x4x4 but the latter is more expensive. It is not durable for it can fairly easy to have some pieces to be loosen by continuously turning; further the magnetic mechanism is not strong at all! It is far more better to get the 9x9x9 or alike complex cube to stimulate your mind in discovering the patterns.
