good phone, good battery life

i got this phone as a replacement for my assistants phone and as far as i know it is working just great, except when i try to download the messages or phone numbers, then it gives me trouble, as i have to do it several times before the phone responds, but other than that i have no idea what is a "small form factor".

i am frustrated

I have tried & tried & tried & this phone just WILL NOT connect via USB nor stay connected via Bluetooth long enough for me to download my data. This is extremely frustrating to me and I feel that this phone doesn't work poorly, it just doesn't work. If you have a replacement that will connect via USB, I am willing to give it a try, otherwise, I am just about giving up on this one.
