Great product for the price!
So if you're hesitant to buy one of these $300-$700 remote hi hat stands and want to go with a lower priced option. Go with this.
With the lower cost, comes some work on your end. Grease up the cable! If you don't it will feel very stiff.
the construction is fantastic. Very Solid, and looks great.

Deep Controlled sound!
If you're a fan of Evans Hydraulic heads on toms, you'll like the bass drum batter heads. They are as easy to tune to very little unwanted overtones right out of the box.
I recommend a felt surfaced beater so that the sound isn't TOO flat and plastic sounding.

Switch out the strap!!!
Funny story, I just purchased this item because my back has been hurting for a while. It comes with a nylon strap that prevents the table from going too far in any position. It was working great until the stitching on the strap broke sending the table and myself upside down....and I don't weigh anywhere near the 300lb limit.
the table is great quality and for the price, it can't be beat! But do yourselves a favor, and get a chain to attach where the straps would go. It cost roughly $5 at your local hardware store (1.5ft of 800lb limit chain and 2 screw latches to attach to the frame) and works much better.
I only wish I had caught it on camera. Hilarious!
