Thought Provoking
2 of 2 found this helpful Brings up some questions as to what 2012 might actually bring (though not overtly stated in the film, those in 'the know' about such things will get it) I respect Adrian Paul and the film maker's for gently steering the Highlander epics in a slightly new direction, one that emphasizes what Goodness means.

An All Time Favorite
4 of 4 found this helpful This is one of my all time favorite movies- I don't know how many times I've watched it, and every time, I see something new. Many, many layers of metaphysics, quantum physics, Jungian psychology... the character name of "Dr. Daniel Paul Shrieber" is a Freudian inside joke.... tells me the filmakers did their homework!
Are we the product of our memories, or something more? And what are memories? Are they real? What Dark Forces influence our memories, and how can we overcome them? How many lifetimes have you had? Is this the one in which you will "wake up"? And if you do "wake up", will you go mad? Or will you achieve a rare sort of control over your life? Would that be enlightenment?
If these are the sort of ponderings that intrigue you, get "Dark City"! The fact that it is so under rated seems to be a clue to it's actual depth!

Powerful! It will blow you away!
It is pretty thirsty, and it could easily gulp 10 gallons of water per day. Also, the water level is hard to read, as well as the setting dial. But, this absolutely will cool at least 350 sq ft.Bonus, it's also light on electrical use. ***Evaporative coolers are NOT air conditioners. This only works in dry climates!
