Excellent workout from Allison
Very well cued, killer plyos and some push ups. Not too much work with heavy weights, but it will really make you sweat. It's an advanced begginer/intermediate level

A good one from the "Pink" series
1 of 1 found this helpful I know many people misses the old firm videos, but this is a body tonning with a little cardio combination that won't dissapoint you. It's very well cued and IMHO it's for a begginer/intermediate level. You can make it more challenging by adding more weight. I think this is one of the best of the "Pink series" workouts along with total body toner and get chisel'd.

It's an excelent product but it would be better if you included the adhesive strips needed
