Blows the other Peter Pans away
They finally got it right. A boy plays Peter Pan. And what an actor he is,. He may seem a tad old for the part, but just watch Jeremy Sumpter's eyes and mouth and you will see a great realization of a good but mischievous boy.Light years ahead of Mary Martin dangling from wires, with 21st century special effects.

    Better Than the Movie
This version of Rebecca is better than the Lawrence Olivier movie. Here, you will find out what really happened to Rebecca. She didn't just hit her head. Jeremy Brett does a great job portraying the brooding Max. Anna Massey is great playing the woman who remains fiercely loyal to the dead Rebecca and despises Max's second wife who took her place. The intensity of a disturbed woman come through loud & clear. For those who never saw the movie, Rebecca is never seen, as she is dead, yet she dominates the house & all within it. Altogether a great study in the darker side of human emotions.

    Better Than You Might Think
I usually don't like this kind of movie, but having seem the great job Robbie Kay did playing Pinocchio, I was curious as to how he would handle such a different role. He was superb. The movie deals sensibly with this sad subject without being either syrupy or maudlin Every member of Congress should be made to see it. Perhaps then enough money could be spent on medical research to eliminate such events. Meanwhile, how about sending St. Jude Childrens Hospital some money in memory of Sam McQueen?.
