The Foaling Primer by Cynthia McFarland (2005)
I bought this book because I know nothing about horses! My husband and I bought a horse for the grandkids and found out later that she was pregnant! I needed to know what to do and expect when the time for foaling came. This book explains in simple layman's terms along with pictures about the pregnancy, birth, and first steps to training the new foal. It also tells how much to feed and what to feed, along with when to worm and give shots. It is very good. I highly recommend this book for beginners! Happy I bought it! Carla

Good for cats too!
I use about 1 to 3 cc's on my cats and my small dog to control fleas depending on their weight. Of course I also use it on my big dogs. I use a mm/cc needless syringe to administer the correct amounts. If you ever look at ingredients on the one for cats and the one for dogs you will see they are the same. You just pay more for a smaller amount for cats, and smaller dogs. Because it is pre-packaged in the correct dose. You do have to be very careful on amount used on smaller animals.
