1 of 1 found this helpful Shortly after having purchased the Plantronics Explorer 50 Wireless Bluetooth, my daughter inadvertently sent it through the washing machine. Thinking for sure that it was completely destroyed, I immediately purchased another. The new one arrived and been in use for abut a week when I located what I thought was the damaged Bluetooth. We had ofcourse put it in a bowl of rice upon taking it out and turning it on, it paired immediately with my phone. Works great.
