Great product
Great product ! Allows me to place bay leaf, cinnamon sticks, cardamom pods etc. into the pot and remove when cooking is done to avoid having inedible bits and pieces mix with the finished cooked dish. Would like to find a slightly larger size to accommodate longer cinnamon sticks and larger bay leaf.

Good value for the money - field strip tech = easy to clean
The field strip technology is very useful as it allows owner to disassemble and clean every nook and cranny of the knife like one is able to do with a firearm. I'd like to see CRKT produce knives with this technology at a higher quality albeit at a higher price point, and also with options for the color of the scales. Scales that are a bit more rounded allow for a better grip vs. the current flat scales.
