Fabulous book!
A wonderful true story of a poor girl growing up in the mountains of N.C. She is one of ten children during the depression. Her life and how she learns to better herself but never denying her heritage.{

Great reprint!
A sweet book of a little girl in the early 1900's getting ready to enjoy her summer vacation from school. Remember the feeling you got knowing you had 3 months off? Such a breath of fresh air!
