not enthusiast level performance, but very good.

Faster than I was expecting. Nowhere near high end speeds,but quite adequate, and faster than I expected. Great price for a pretty spacious drive. The changes from the sn500 to sn550 were huge for performance. Definitely can recommend for basic usage.
