Everything on their end was completed correctly. The machine was shipped to Indpls, Indiana & moved into a warehouse where it was found. I was told by the seller that a complete refund would be issued if they didn't find. I appreciate there assistant & concern over this issue. I contacted Graham at the store & he went over & above to assist me
