Good deal
It arrived quickly and was expecting. The only thing that surprised me was that the rubber gasket was not installed but it was easy to do. I will probably order a new one to have on hand.

Missing parts
It was what I wanted for my son's condo. I have one and love it. Unfortunately it was missing a part so I went out and got an Insinkerator so that I could install it that day.

Worth it.
The product came in on time (even 2 days earlier than estimated) It was easy to install, but would have been better if it came with instructions. I am fairly handy so it wasn't a problem. The motor is very quiet. All I needed was the motor but it is good to have the whole system.
