  I apologize, we had attempted to reply to you and let you know that the cooler had no damage when we shipped it to you and that it must have been an issue with the USPS. I did not realize that our message did not go through. We would have made every effort to come to an acceptable resolution with you, as you can see by our feed back up until this we had 100% positive feedback with over 200 transactions.
