A compelling read
For those interested in living a more natural and fulfilling life style this is a compelling read on how to do it.

Read the book, it is much better
Visualisation by DVD has been used, In my view mis-used, to show far too much fighting whereas the book has a much wider scope and is very much more interesting as a result. A pity in some ways because some visualisation, such as of wargs, have been given visible form to good effect.
