  item as described. it filters out all the signals except for the "pass frequencies". it clears the signal from interfearance, but it doesnt make a stronger signal. an signal db amplifier does that. its a new condition. great value price. small and silver in appearance. it attatches before the signal amplifier, as so a clear and clean signal is received.
