Works perfect

Took me 15 minutes to replace it. Each connector had a different fitting so it was impossible to miswire it. It's been working perfectly ever since.

Cisco phone for Vonage Business

I got this model for our Vonage Business service (different from Vonage Residential) which doesn't support the phone but lists this model as compatible. You will need to buy a power adapter if you are not using a PoE switch. We use it on Wifi 2.4GHz. Works great, no problems.
