Great value, ideally shaped blade made of high quality carbon steel, and made in U.S.A. Can't beat 'em.

This knife is one of the best values I've found. The handle appears to be a hardwood - probably beech but not sure.The blade a carbon blade and will hold an edge well. It's quite sharp straight from the factory, but can be given an even sharper edge. This upswept shape is ideal for skinning and dressing big game. I've also purchased one for my son-in-law.

Really well constructed.

This Case Trapper leather sheath is really well contructed. The snap is secure and is smooth across the inside - part that would touch the knife, and the leather is a nice leather. I see no reason why this wouldn't last for decades. The price is exceptional considering the quality that you put out.
