Not as Advertised
(1) Speakers do not work. (2) after charging for 6 hours batteries only lasted for 8-9 hours using it only to tell time. if the speakers worked I assume the talk time would be minutes not hours. Over all the item has a great concept. However, the testing and simple things like fixing the speaker problem and battery is lazy and bad product support. Wast of money even for novelty Item.

Not what they once were
Cisco works against the owners of their older products making it difficult to reduces waste by using them in less demanding areas. It is best to buy new Cisco products with service contracts or don't buy Cisco at all. "The new Cisco end of life program causes their products to have little or no resale value,. Linux and Unix boxes are a better investment.

In an attempt to collect only voice for research the product may impact the consumer negatively. Product is too intrusive in anattempt to create voice match and non-repudiation. To what is this unful for the consumer?
