  Box was way too small for all the stuff crammed into it (it was a used and fairly warm Amazon box). As a result, on of the pieces was broken in transit. It’s quite fixable, but could have been avoided with a larger box and better packing material.

  I am sorry you feel the packing was not adequate for your taste and the box was a reused box and not a brand new one. The item was in separate pieces individually wrapped in bubble wrap with additional air pillow padding and box dimensions were 24x16x10 quite adequate for the overall size. It is possible the box got damaged in transit, as the contents were well protected when they were shipped.
