  When I opened the box the bag the item was in had liquid in it . It has a broken wheel . There was no broken parts in the description

  SORRY! The item was very old and still in bubble card, the broken wheel was on the inside of the package and i did not see it. I made this right by refunding ALL the buyers money and offered them another of the same model for the same price out of my personal collection and also offered to pay the shipping. Buyer agreed to the offer then never responded. Instead gives me a negative feedback.
