Product is Useless without Harness

This Item was listed as a "Radio replacement Interface w/ SWC Retention" which is what I was needing. However, listing was only for the pac unit without the harness. I contacted the seller and he/she had stated that he/she was selling only what was in the picture. I can understand that, but the listing was written as a "Steering Wheel Control Retention" which this pac will not do on its own without the harness. Seller should have stated that this unit was missing components in order to install properly.
