Works well and easy to clean
1 of 1 found this helpful Had the Protégé pump now for about 2 weeks, and have pumped about 3000 litres of reasonably thick sludge without the pump missing a beat. Volume in l/h was much lower than 18000 l/h advertised but that was totally expected with what I was pumping - more like 1000 l/h. Not sure what it can do with clean water. Total operating head was about 5 metres, and max continuous runtime was approx. 1.5 hours. I had a few blockages that stopped the pump (string/plastic), but it was very easy to take off the output fitting to get to the impellor for untangling. Short downtime.
