After watching You Tube videos on how to remove, order and install this PCM, it was easy to replace the existing PCM that was causing my PT Cruiser to go into limp mode. With the original PCM, I d erase the Engine Codes, but they always eventually returned.
Only a slotted screwdriver and a 10mm socket (and whatever size socket or wrench are needed to disconnect the battery cables) were needed to remove and reinstall the unit.
As stated in the listing, you ll need to provide the car s VIN AND the product # off of the existing PCM to enable the seller to program the unit that they re selling to you, so you ll need to remove the PCM to access the part # to provide the PCM part # to them
I installed this reprogrammed PCC 3 days ago and have driven about 50 miles and the codes haven t returned. The engine seems to be idling a little more smoothly.

Great quality at a great price
I had to order this replacement door handle because my original handle broke. I chose this vendor because it indicated that this product was stronger than the OEM handle. I wasn't able to verify that, but the handle was very easy to install with instructions from YouTube.
