Good Value, Great Quality.
New in original tape-reel packaging. I'm not sure if this is true for all applications, but I think you need a few pull up resistors and a decoupling capacitor to operate this module bare minimum. Really isn't a problem whatsoever, just look up the minimum operation components online.
